With fair-weather businesses moving out of the Valley, CPM Precision Machine, Inc. is moving in. Our aim is to move business back into the Treasure Valley and to compete head-to-head with foreign interests. We are doing this by creating and maintaining a very linear approach to manufacturing and assembly using highly seasoned personnel. This lean business method keeps our overhead low, our quality high and our customers happy.

With the privilege of business comes the responsibility of serving the community. CPM believes that the best way to support the community is to grow the business as aggressively as possible while employing as many Treasure Valley citizens as possible, keeping the work here in the Valley and not sending it overseas where it’s cheaper but where our citizens suffer from the loss of work.

CPM, Inc. is a newly re-formed machine, fabrication, assembly and prototyping shop with a highly experienced team whose original roots grew deep within plastics and metals machining, manufacturing and fabrication in high-tech industries.  Our hand-picked team has been together since the early 1980s, the beginning of the semiconductor boom.

Located just two blocks from the mall, CPM Inc. has the equipment set originally designed to support the complete manufacture of up to 5 fully-automated “Wet Etch” tools per week, equipment used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices. Each tool could be up to 40 feet long, 7 feet high, 8 feet in depth, weigh nearly 7.5 tons and be completely operated by robotics. Recently, the equipment and team supported 5 major semiconductor equipment models from this single equipment tool set. We have a very large capacity for a wide range of machined and fabricated parts and systems.

CPM presently enjoys an international clientele who business interests span the semiconductor, transportation, marine, agricultural and space exploration industries.
